Conditions for Return:
- The return request must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of item delivery.
- All original tags (including hand tags, brand tags, and other tags that come with the product), user manual, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and accessories should be included.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and have all its original tags attached.
- It should be free from any flaws, damages, or signs of wear.
- Fashion products can be tried on to check the fit, but they should still be in an unworn condition.
- Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt.

- Explain the reason for your return and provide any necessary details or documentation.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item, please allow our Returns Department a maximum timeframe of 5-10 business days to verify and process the item. Upon successful completion of the return process, the original price of the item(s) along with any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note the following details regarding our refund policy:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will assess its condition to ensure it meets the return policy requirements.
- If the returned product meets all the conditions, you can choose to receive a refund or exchange the item for another product of equal value.
